1.In order to arrange a meeting between friends, many contact groups (such as whatsapp) are opened, and there are a lot of messages, so the information isn't sorted in a way that's accessible to the user, so he doesn't always have the information he needs.
2. The current situation forces them sift search in every group, to go through a lot of correspondence just to look for relevant details.
3. There is a quantitative load of mmessages. Therefore, it is difficult for the organizer to inform everyone of all the details without the possibility of them missing some of the information or even the entire information.
The product provides orderly organization of all meeting details, including automatic addition to the calendar, reminders, and a personal area where you can store all meeting details as well as the option to pay for the meeting.
I interviewed a total of 5 participants, 2 of them in zoom and 3 face to face. Age range 18-30.
The organization process today:
The user feels that the organization process is cumbersome. The messages "get lost" thus creating a sense of disorganization and control.
The economic aspect:
The users state that there are times when not all participants pay due to reasons such as not paying attention to the message or bad follow-up. So it turns out that the organizer pamore of his money than he should have.
I create a total of 38 screens but chose to show here the most important ones.
I conducted usability tests among 4 participants and found about 18 comments that I must show, I will present the most significant ones here and attach a file with the full table:
The Issue: at the status of participants payment the user dosen't know where he is and how he got there.
The Solution: fixing the names.
The Issue: When checking the status of participants' payments, the user says that the drop list isn't clear, and that he needed help understanding that the drop list serves a purpose.
The Solution: changing the drop list section, now its is open from the beginning
The Issue: the user said that the drop list is not clear at the event screen. He needed help to understand that the drop list has a purpose.
The Solution: Reducing the amount of options on the main screen and adding the other options to a separate settings window
