In my UI course, I took on a project to develop a user interface for handling budgets, incomes, and payroll for businesses and individuals. The interesting part? Designing for a company without any branding.While crafting this project for my portfolio, I made it a point to infuse a modern touch. I prioritized using clear fonts, informative icons, and a pleasing color palette to enhance its visual appeal. Additionally, I wanted to ensure a user-friendly experience, so I incorporated elements like engaging graphs and easy-to-read tables.
CODEPAY offers a bird's-eye view of business expenses, streamlines client and product management, handles coupons with finesse, generates insightful reports and invoices, and even keeps a close eye on inventory and deliveries. It's the all-in-one toolkit businesses need to thrive in the digital landscape.
In this project, I received UX designs as a starting point, then seamlessly integrated UX additions into the evolving UI design. This collaborative process resulted in a cohesive and user-centric final product, showcasing my ability to navigate and enhance both UX and UI aspects
The significance of thorough research became evident—there's no limit to its value. By embracing gestalt principles, considering object proximity, and understanding user eye flow, the decision-making process became notably smoother.
When picking the main color, I knew orange was the perfect fit to convey the app's message, radiating warmth and creativity. It connects well with users, bringing in a friendly and vibrant character.For the second color, I wanted it to complement the main one and signal growth. Blue was chosen for its associations with reliability and trust, creating a balanced and visually appealing design that aligns with the app's message.
